Anyone who has purchased on this site can request to withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of buying, without registering or completing any other procedure. The conditions for downloadable content are explained in the refund policy.
How to request it
- Write to [contacto@santax.com] with the subject "Arrepentimiento" (withdrawal).
- Include the email used for the purchase and, if you have it, the order number.
- Within 24 hours, the request's identification code is sent through the same channel.
