1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is [Nombre o razón social del titular], CUIT (Argentine tax ID) [CUIT], with its address at [Domicilio]. Contact: [contacto@santax.com].
2. What data is collected
- When browsing: the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics are recorded with the hosting provider's analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics), which does not use cookies: which pages are visited, the country, the type of device and browser, and the site the visit comes from. These statistics do not identify individuals, and the purchase and download pages are not recorded. The hosting provider may also record technical data (such as the IP address) for security and operational purposes.
- When purchasing: the email address (and, where applicable, the name) to send the purchased files, together with the order details (product, amount, date and payment status).
- Payment details: card and payment method details are entered directly on Mercado Pago. Santax does not receive or store them.
3. What it is used for
- Processing the purchase, delivering the files and providing support.
- Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Sending news about new Santax volumes and content, only if the person agrees. Every message includes the option to unsubscribe.
4. Who it is shared with
Data is only shared with the providers needed to operate the site and the purchase: the payment processor (Mercado Pago), the site's hosting service, the database and file storage service, and the email delivery service. Some of these providers may store data outside Argentina, with appropriate security measures. Santax does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect the data: encrypted connections, restricted access to information, files in private storage and personal download links that expire.
6. Retention period
Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. The email for news is kept until the person asks to unsubscribe.
7. Rights of data subjects
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion can be exercised by writing to [contacto@santax.com].
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in section 14, subsection 3 of Law 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the data protection rules in force.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
