1. Site owner

2. Purpose

Santax offers downloadable digital content: ebooks in PDF format and templates in Excel format, written in Spanish. These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of that content. By purchasing, the user states that they have read and accepted them.

3. Products and prices

• Each product is described on its page, with its table of contents, number of pages and included files.
• Prices are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include any applicable taxes. Any value shown in US dollars is only a reference calculated at Argentina's official exchange rate (selling rate) and is not a price in that currency.
• Individual volumes or the complete pack of a series can be purchased, depending on what is offered at any given time.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Mercado Pago. Santax does not receive or store card or payment method details: those details are entered directly on the Mercado Pago platform, which is subject to its own terms.

5. Delivery

Once the payment clears, the files are sent to the email address provided at purchase and are available for download. For security, download links are personal, valid for a limited time and allow one download per purchased product. 6. License

• The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the content individually or within the buyer's own organization.
• Reselling, redistributing, publishing, sharing publicly or sublicensing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted.
• The content is protected by intellectual property law (Argentine Law 11,723). The Santax trademarks, logos and texts belong to their owner.

7. Nature of the content

The content is educational and informational. It does not constitute professional legal, accounting, financial or investment advice. The cases included in the ebooks are illustrative and fictitious. Data sources are listed in the appendix of each volume.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The withdrawal and refund conditions are detailed in the refund policy. The withdrawal button is available on every page of the site.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Consumer Protection Law 24,240. In the event of any dispute, the consumer may turn to the consumer protection enforcement authority and to the competent courts under the applicable regulations.
