Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw their acceptance within 10 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract or from delivery, whichever is later, at no cost or liability (Argentine Law 24,240 and section 1110 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code).

2. Downloadable digital content

Section 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code provides that, unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the electronic supply of files that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.

Santax agrees to a more favorable condition: withdrawal is accepted within 10 calendar days of the purchase as long as the files have not yet been downloaded. In that case, the full amount paid is refunded through the same payment method.

3. Problems with the files

If a file arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not match the product purchased, it is replaced at no cost, or the amount is refunded if the problem cannot be solved. To request this, write to [contacto@santax.com] with the email used for the purchase.

4. How to request it

Withdrawal is requested through the withdrawal button, without registering or completing any other procedure. Santax sends the request's identification code within 24 hours, through the same channel.
