What exactly do I get?
Digital files: each ebook as a PDF (A4 pages, readable on a computer, a phone or printed) and its Excel template. Series and packs include the files of every volume; the Builder includes the PDF guide, the playbook, the Claude skill and the checklists. Nothing is shipped.
Are the ebooks in English?
No. The ebooks, templates and guides are written in Spanish. This site is in English to help you choose. Every ebook has a free chapter to read before buying.
How do the files arrive?
As soon as Mercado Pago credits the payment, an email arrives with the link to the downloads page. The downloads are also shown on the page you return to after paying.
How many times can each file be downloaded?
Once per file, within 30 days of the purchase, so it is worth saving the files when downloading them. If a download fails, write to contacto@santax.com.ar with the purchase email and it is enabled again.
How do I pay?
Through Mercado Pago, in Argentine pesos, with the payment methods it offers. With cash payments, the files arrive once Mercado Pago credits the payment. The USD amount shown on the site is a reference at the official exchange rate.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Each volume starts with a chapter on how to use it, explains every method from scratch and includes worked cases.
What do I need to open the templates?
Excel (.xlsx files). The templates do not use functions exclusive to Microsoft 365.
Are the cases and figures real?
The cases are illustrative and fictional, and every ebook says so. Verifiable data comes with its source in the appendix of sources and references.
Is it cheaper to buy a full series?
Yes. A single volume costs ARS 30,000; in a full series each volume costs ARS 20,000. Themed packs add a 10% discount. On each series page you can untick the volumes you don't need, and single volumes from a series never add up to more than the complete series: if they reach that price, you get the whole series.
Can I share the files?
They are for personal use or use within your organization. Reselling them is not allowed.
What if I change my mind?
Within 10 calendar days of the purchase, as long as the files have not been downloaded, the full amount is refunded through the same payment method. It is requested with the withdrawal button at the bottom of the site. If a file arrives damaged or incomplete, it is replaced at no cost.
